That's the magician's code. That's why we don't offer refunds or exchanges for any of our products, unless they are faulty or damaged. It's because the value of our products is in the secrets, not in the physical items. If you return a product, you are basically giving away the secret for free. And that's not fair to us, or to other magicians. So, please choose carefully before you buy. And if you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help.

 

However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, please let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will sort it out. You will need to show us your receipt and a photo of the defect. We will either send you a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. We will not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the user. For example, if you try to saw your assistant in half and it goes wrong, that's on you. We hope you understand and agree with our refund policy.

Delivery Policy At Magic Dave's Shop, we want you to receive your order as quickly and safely as possible. That's why we use only the most reliable and magical delivery methods available. Currently we only offer Standard Delivery to the UK only. Standard Delivery costs £2.99 for orders under £20, and is free for orders over £20. It takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive, depending on your location and the availability of our flying monkeys. Please note that some items may take longer to deliver due to their size, weight, or magical properties. We will inform you of any delays or issues with your order.
